Perfect Victim

This letterpress print is about love and chaos. I used the same image but offset it a few times, to create the feeling of chaos. The piece was printed on a Vandercook letterpress on Rives BFK archival paper, using linoleum blocks and a polymer plate.

I am one of Shakira's biggest fans and one of my favorite song is one called, "Las de la Intuición." A line in that song inspired this piece, which is about surrendering completely to love and desire:

Yo me propongo ser de ti Una victima casi perfecta...

Translated that means: "I propose to be your almost-perfect victim"
