Quarantine III

This artwork was created in Spring 2020, during the COVID19 Shelter at Home order mandated by my county in the Bay Area. I had been at home with very limited human interaction, and had stopped all my travel. While the pandemic had caused a hardship on my finances, it was also a tremendous gift that I didn’t know I needed. I shifted to be in major creator mode and focused on making art that reflected our new reality. I focused on my activism during the day, and in the evenings and weekends I digested all that was happening around me through my hands and imagination.
