Man with Butterfly on his Mind II (Giclee Ed)

This monoprint depicts a masculine person who is dreaming up an alternate universe. The figure imagines himself as a butterfly in the midst of transformation.

This monoprint is part of a series of experiments I started in 2013 in which I developed iterations of the same line drawing. I worked through various iterations of the same image, changing the placement and the layers of colors and tones, while retaining the black outline of the figure as the centerpiece.
