Pachamama
“Pachamama," means Earth Mother. Pachamama was named by the indigenous people of the Andes region, where my ancestors are from. She is a powerful goddess with the creative power to sustain all life. The four cosmological Quechua principles – Water, Earth, Sun, and Moon– claim Pachamama as their prime origin.
We are a part of nature, and we are connected to a larger universal intelligence which is the earth mother. She holds me, and she has my back, and she can help alleviate my suffering when I surrender to her. In my healing journey, I have been connecting more intentionally to the earth mother through meditation and plant medicine.
