Pajarito

This piece is one of two in a series of playful experiments in which I rearranged some of the elements that remained from previous collages. I really love to use everything that I create because I acknowledge that all the bits of paper I used were once a tree. I prefer to minimize waste by finding new ways to use my shapes and images. As months and even years pass, I develop a really awesome mixed library of orphaned shapes that were left behind, but that can find a new life by being used in new works. I reassemble these orphan pieces to create new characters in new adventures.
