Transcendent Journey II

This collage series portrays a trans woman in a moment of serenity and contemplation, fully embodying her high femme power. Grounded in her truth, she is surrounded by lush green foliage, envisioning her future while celebrating the present. In this series, I introduced a new pattern that I had been experimenting with in 2024, adding a dynamic vibrancy to the pieces, enriching the visual narrative.

This work was inspired by my collaboration with Bridge HIV, a global leader in HIV prevention research, working closely with Bay Area and international communities to discover effective strategies for combating HIV. Together, we designed an art-based campaign educating people of all genders about injectable PrEP —a medication that protects from HIV.
